  • The South Bend Chocolate Company’s Chocolate Museum houses a collection that is among the worlds largest, specializing in North American chocolate companies.  The collection includes rare boxes, tins, pots and containers of every size, shape and color. There’s also posters, signs, books and other chocolate related memorabilia.  Factory outlet store where you can by the imperfect chocolates at a discount. The South Bend Chocolate Company also offers two tour options for it's visitors.The Basic Tour gives visitors an opportunity to watch behind the scenes production and packaging, learn about where chocolate comes from, and sample. Tour Length:  20 minutes.  This tour is free. The "Inside Scoop" tour gives visitors all the things the basic tour offers and more. Try your hand at making a chocolate covered spoon, tour the Chocolate Museum, and watch a video on the history of chocolate. This tour option also includes a treat-to-go and a 10% off coupon toward items in the outlet shop. Tour Length:  60 minutes. Tour admission is $4 per person; Children (ages 2 –11): $1.00 Tours take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tours begin on the hour.

      • As always the visit was very good and the young man who did the tour was exceptional. This group was a Navy Reunion Group and they loved the tour and of course the chocolate.
