Come experience the COOLEST YOGA in the area! This will be an outdoor slow flow on the Tire Rack Ice Pond at Howard Park South Bend! During this 45-minute session, expect to hold poses a little longer to generate some inner heat. You’ve heard of hot yoga…and well…this is kinda the opposite!

What you need to know:
•ARRIVE EARLY to get your spot on the ice…it’ll take a little bit to sign waivers and get everyone out / situated on the ice. We will begin class promptly at 10am – if you arrive too close to the start, you may not be permitted on the ice.

-DRESS WARM
-Wear a face mask
-Shoes or boots with warm socks (no barefeet).
-Hats, gloves, coats.
-Layers. Try to figure out how to be as warm as you can without being too bulky or you won’t be able to do the poses.
-Hand & feet warmers might be a good addition.
-Sunglasses – if it’s sunny, the ice can be bright.
-Yoga mat and beach towel
-We’ll have a few mats for those who don’t have one, but not many, so please bring your own if able. Everyone will NEED to bring a beach towel to put under your mat to keep it in place on the ice.
-No admission cost – donations are welcome to help support on-going opportunities like this.
-This is an all levels class, but the ice and cold adds just a tiny level of adventure, so please be aware.
